Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst 1 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder communication and a proven ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyze current-state processes and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and engineering teams.
• Support testing, validate outcomes, and track defects to closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with requirements documentation tools and SQL basics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• 1–3 years in business analysis or a related role.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile or Scrum practices.
• Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools.
